1.  Service efficiency:  for single materials testing, the test report is issued in 2 working days after we receive the samples and make confirmation to the contract; for special items and subcontracted items, the test report will be issues when agreed with the customer after order confirmed.

2.  Please fill and send Application Form to us while sending samples.  If information as order No., Art. No., type No., etc need to show on the report, please clearly fill-in the form. For u to enjoy a better service, please legibly fill all necessary information on Application Form (the form can be downloaded from our website).If you have any questions, please feel free to contact with us anytime.

3. In order to ensure detection quality and service efficiency, Please deliver a sufficient number of samples. The samples quantity required depends on the product itself and test items. If you have questions for how to deliver the sample, please contact with us.

4.  Please note the package is good when deliver the samples, avoids sample damaged and pollution during the transportation.

5.  STCT offers Chinese and English test report. A test application form corresponds to a test report.

6.  If you do not specify detection method, the laboratory will choose test methods accord to requirements, regulations and standards of product sales country. If you specify detection methods, please indicate in the application form.
