In order to ensure the quality oftesting services, safeguard client rights and interests, and fully uphold theimpartiality, scientific integrity, and authority of testing activities, Xiamen Sino-Tech Testing Technology Co., Ltd. hereby issues the followingdeclaration:

1)Our company is an independent testing organization authorized to conducttesting activities autonomously. Our testing work is free from any interferenceor influence arising from administrative, economic, or other external interestsand pressures.

2)All personnel engaged in testing have undergone training and passed competencyassessments, and they carry out testing strictly in accordance with theprovisions of the Quality Manual. We are committed to providing high-qualityservice for all testing activities and guaranteeing the truthfulness andaccuracy of test results.

3)Our company has established a quality management system strictly in compliancewith the following regulations and standards:Measures for the Supervision andAdministration of Inspection and Testing Institutions (SAMR Order No. 39),Measuresfor the Administration of Qualification Certification of Inspection and TestingInstitutions (SAMR Order No. 163),Criteria for Qualification Assessment ofInspection and Testing Institutions (Announcement No. 21 of 2023),CNAS-CL01:2018(identical to ISO/IEC 17025:2017), General Requirements for the Competence ofTesting and Calibration Laboratories,CNAS-CL01-G001:2024 ApplicationRequirements of the General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and CalibrationLaboratories,CNAS-CL01-A002:2020, Application of ISO/IEC 17025 in ChemicalTesting,CNAS-CL01-A010:2023, Application of ISO/IEC 17025 in Textile Testing,Otherrelevant CNAS accreditation documents,GB/T 27025-2019, General Requirements forthe Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, and its associateddocuments.We ensure the effective implementation and continuous operation ofthis quality management system to guarantee the accuracy and validity of alltest results.

4)We protect the confidentiality of client information and respect clients’ownership rights. All materials, data, and samples provided by clients will notbe disclosed, lost, or altered. Without explicit client consent, suchinformation shall not be used for any commercial purposes, nor will we publiclycomment on tested samples or their results.

5)Company employees are prohibited from disclosing any test results to anyindividual or organization without proper authorization.

6)Testing personnel must not have any conflict of interest related to the testingactivities they perform or the results they issue, and must refrain fromengaging in any activity that could compromise the independence or integrity oftesting judgments.
